At Soft Girl Luxe®, our products are digital books and guides delivered electronically. Please review the following information before completing your purchase.
Digital Products
All books and guides sold on Soft Girl Luxe® are digital PDF downloads unless explicitly stated otherwise.
No physical book or other physical product will be shipped to you.
You will need a compatible device and PDF reader to open and read your purchase.
Digital Delivery
After successfully completing your purchase, your digital product will be made available electronically.
You will receive access to your download using the email address provided during checkout. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly before completing your order.
For bundle purchases, you will receive access to all digital books included in the bundle you purchased.
Didn't Receive Your Download?
If you don't see your download email:

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

Confirm that you are checking the same email address used during checkout.

Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
If you still cannot access your purchase, contact us at support@softgirlluxe.com.
Please include your name, order number, and the email address used during checkout so we can locate your order and assist you.
Refund Policy for Digital Products
Because our products are digital files that are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are generally final once the digital content has been delivered or accessed.
We do not normally provide refunds for:

Changing your mind after purchasing.

Accidentally purchasing the wrong digital book.

Purchasing a book you already own.

Failing to read the product description before purchasing.

Expecting a physical book when the product is clearly identified as a digital PDF download.

Personal dissatisfaction with the advice, opinions, or information contained in a book.
However, if you experience a technical problem that prevents you from receiving, downloading, or opening the file you purchased, please email support@softgirlluxe.com.
We will first work with you to resolve the issue and provide access to your purchase.
If we are unable to provide the digital product you purchased because of an error on our side, we will review the order and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement download or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, please contact support@softgirlluxe.com and include the relevant order numbers.
Duplicate-purchase requests will be reviewed individually.
Download Access
Digital downloads are intended for the purchaser's personal use.
Please download and securely save your purchased files after receiving them.
Soft Girl Luxe® may apply reasonable download limits to protect its digital products from unauthorized distribution.
If you reach a download limit and need legitimate access to a product you purchased, email support@softgirlluxe.com with your order information.
Personal Use & Copyright
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the digital product for your own personal use.
You may not:
